We baptized 2 young kids this week, after just 3 weeks of teaching them, Awesome!! They're a brother and sister. It was cool to get to know um
and talk to um about the things that bother them. Like their problems
and how the Book of Mormon can help! yippeee!!
So the young sister blew us all away in the baptism. She was so nervous and
she had told us a million times she wasn't going to share her testimony. So it came time to share testimonies over the pulpit and
then she raises her hand and says she'd like to share something.
She stands up and she's just like "well, I wasn't sure before if the
church was true or not; this morning I had a bunch of doubts. But now I
can stand here and say that I KNOW THE CHURCH IS TRUE! baaam! It was
like a wall of Spirit Power!! I enjoyed it.
SO the other day me and my comp didn't know what to plan. So I
asked him what he wanted to do and he says "sacar la mugre" which is
slang for 'kick some butt', it means like 'tear it up'. haha! I don't know,
so anyways I just told him.. alright... and we wrote "sacar la mugre"
there in the agenda. haha!! We laughed about it for a while!!
Well, I'm out here kickin' butt and tearin it up- gettin' people to come back to the church...
I miss all ya'll, but it would be super lame to come home right now
!!!
