I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE STAIRS I RAN UP (I'M NOT EVEN SWEATING!!) I HAVE A TON OF RESISTANCE WHEN I WALK STRAIGHT UP NOW.....HAHA
So this week started off so slow! We would just walk around in the hills trying to find people. So then one morning we get the news that the mission president and his 2 assistants were coming to spend time with us! haha So 10 minutes before we had to be out of bed on Wednesday, the president walks through the door! Luckily, I had already thrown myself onto the floor and onto my little workout blanket-because the new rule is that you have to be off your bed at 7:00 am. haha

So then right after, we were doing interchanges. So I said 'bye to my companion and we left to eat lunch and then go to work. So I kid you not, the FIRST door we knocked on, we went in and gave a blessing to this lady that has terminal cancer. And we invited her to be baptized right there!! She´s not even getting the therapy any more. Just the morphine to ease the pain. So the day after we gave her the blessing, we had an appointment with her, but I guess she felt so good the next day that she got up and walked to the park! So she wasn't there when we came. So we later found her and taught her and we all felt the spirit so hard! She said that she really wants to be baptized and she understood so good that she was even worried for her family that they make the same decision. que genial.
So My companion this day was Elder Arredondo. He has seriously been my hero since day 1 here! The first zone class that I had in the mission, he was in my zone and he walked up to me to meet me and just hugged me and told me he loved me! haha This kid is just pure love!! I felt the spirit at every single door that opened up to us, and every person that we talked to in the street. This week we started with 0 people to baptize, and now we have 5 with a baptism date!! and so many people pass by-we can't do it all alone. After this interchange that we had with the assistants, My comp and I, we just tore it up! Sometimes you just gotta push through I guess, that's what I learned. I learned that God sees your desires. If you really want something from the Lord, all ya gotta do is just want it REALLY BAD! haha.

So an investigator left a note on their door for us to tell us that they were not there, that's so nice! No one's ever done that for me, usually I just knock the door for a half hour!

My Sweet German Pancake!!! Yum!
So Thursday, we stopped a guy in the street and we were just like, "Hey, want your family to be together forever and have happiness in this life? Get baptized man. haha That's basically what we said! He´s this really poor guy with a HUGE family. The poor people have the bigger families here. So we went to his house the next day and we invited them all to be baptized! but we didn't put a fecha.
hey, ya´ll check out the new bloggg....
