Love and respect grow when you serve!

Elder Goodell is on the back row on the left.
Well I loved the conference!

It flew by! The best part is when I walked out of the session and a family came up to me... not just a random family but a family that I had worked with a year back for the longest time! I have prayed over them, cried with them and got frustrated with them all at the same time. They all came up to me and shook my hand and told me that they were activating! I wanted to hug all of them super tight but there are 3 teenage girls in the family!  I was so surprised to see them I didn't know what to say and my mouth all dried up! They told me that they had a goal to get sealed in the temple!  They even brought the oldest daughter's boyfriend who is not a member! I loved him so much also! They are from my old ward in Belloto!  Here for General Conference the whole stake meets and watches it all together in the sacrament room.

These past 6 weeks have been part of the best of my mision!! I'm in a zone where everyone seriously loves each other. We meet every Wednesday and we just hug each other and pasarlo bien.

Elder Goodell is in the middle-he's studying so hard!!!

My companion`s gotta be one of my favorites! I really tried hard this change to love my companion and make his bed and secretly serve him.  Love and respect really grow when you do that and it makes every day happy!

General conference edified me so much! I understand alot more that I will be in the celestial kingdom someday with my fam... before, it sounded, to be honest, an unreachable goal and something that was granted to everyone but me. But I know that I'll have it.  I have so  much hope and I'm so animated! Whatever comes in life I'm so prepared to take it! I loved hearing that Christ wants to forgive us and he`ll draw nearer to us as we draw nearer to him.  As I sat and watched the talks it just played over and over in my mind that there's only one church! "Welcome to the conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, this is His church!" President Eyring!

After an awesome soccer game!!

In the morning on Saturday two people from another religion contacted our house. I always leave the door open to the house so the breeze can come in and I walked outside and they saw me. They touch every door every day! It's crazy, but this lady started talking about me and how she admires what I was doing and blah blah blah. She wanted to tell me what I believed in was wrong. They brought a really bad spirit with them and I felt dirty after talking with them. We said a prayer afterwards to help us bring a good spirit.  People here are so mean to us because they get so sick of people knocking their door and fighting and arguing.

Catching spiders with the sticky-traps mom sent!

So I took it as a lesson that we should never fight as missionaries and we need to ask important questions and then just testify! Last night we did just that. I talked about my family and that we were sealed for time and eternity to people who had never talked to missionaries before. I told them when we come by (on martes) I`d show um a picture of my family.

I decided no one cares as much about doctrine, or the bible or anything as much as the things that are most important to them.  Like family.

I did the push-up contest at our conference and did 47 in 30 seconds!! Sweet!!
