So there are no spiders where I'm at now, just really ferocious dogs! I now keep a thing of bread in my bag so I can hurry and get it out to throw it at the dogs... it's mildly intense!
So this week we had 2 baptisms! It was awesome!!
My comp is really quiet and we get along really good. We've met some pretty fun people here.
A few scriptures we used this week were from Luke:
23 ¶And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his across daily, and bfollow me.
62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to theaplough, and blooking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
We do a lot a lot a lot of walking around in the day! A lot of people swear at us and yell at us from their cars. I feel like it's a different mission! But there are a lot of good people here. We live next door to the president of the young women's in our ward and she's awesome! We live in a 2-story house and we're still scraping off paint in the bathroom so we can paint it! yipìee!
Today is going to be sweet because we have a family night with a family from Perù and they're making the best food eva, "papa ala huancaina" and I'm taking some of the kids to the huge skate park that's in my area and imma show um how an American skates!
Oh, and it's freezing here, in the morning and in the night! And... I left my nice jacket in the last area, ahah but I'll make it!!
