okay, so I taught this recent convert the other day and he said something way weird. We tried talking to him about stuff he can do with the priesthood Of God like pass the sacrament and baptize and what not. SO he tells us ''Now you guys are talking about going to the temple, passing the sacrament, baptizing and all this hard stuff... I just wanna be a normal member'' what would you tell this guy?

Okay, so my comp has so much energy! so we were having a family night with this grandma and her daughter, and it was alot of just talking about nothing. so we do this activity where you write on a piece of paper a dare, something that you would want someone to do in the room. SO everyone writes funny dares and then we read the scripture where it says... with what you judge of people the same you will be judged. Ha! so what you wrote you totally had to do! haha so anyways I was smelling my feet and reading a scripture about chastity to a Dog! and my comp.....haha.... had to dance the robot, and he gets up and starts singing the bennai bennasi song! haha in front of these people and we laughed so hard!
Okay so our confirmation with Lorena was fun! so we get to church and we tell the 2nd counselor that we wanted him to do it, and he tells us he doesn't know how... so no one else did either! haha so we had to get someone from the High Council to do it.
So we visited a friend of ours and he sat with us and he prayed to us in a different language! it was like in Roman, we totally understood alot because it was like Spanish. So he wanted us to come back so he could make us Tea, and the Spirit totally told us not to come back at all. It was a weird feeling. so yeah Chaito!
SO yeah I loved my birthday present, the Justin Bieber pillow was pretty Dope!!

Ha so Thanks for all the b-day wishes! My Birthday in the mission was seriously the coolest day ever. I was expecting it to be Poop but then just so many good things happened. So I wake up and call all these people to go to church and surprisingly alot came! It was a freezing cold day so not alot of people came, but all these inactive people that I always invite finally came. Okay so my investigator that we found yesterday came to church early! okay so story on him is that he went to La Serena to visit his family and he went to church with his brother. He told us that the reason he wants to listen to the missionaries is that his brother has always been kinda mean and always fought with people and was a bishop with the Jehovah's Witnesses. So he told us that he saw a huge change in his brother- that he was alot more Christlike. So now he is really interested. Our investigator was a bishop for los testigos do Jehova but I think he left it. The people there say that if you leave their church, the members can't talk to you anymore cause it would be sinning. SO it's really jacked up! He didn't even feel worthy to pray in front of us (we are going to rock his world) Okay so in church our first talk was about covenants that we make with God, and the baptisms for the dead! haha I laughed pretty hard, just cause if you know anything about los testigos de jehova... yeah. So this next lesson is going to be full of questions, but guess what, if the book of Mormon is true? then it's all true.
So the young women in my Ward totally got together and made me a missionary GI Joe guy! I'll send ya the picture! So I really felt loved cause it seems pretty time consuming to make! So I get out of Church really late cause we had a Huge barbeque with the bishop's whole family, then we run out at like 6 to go get as many lessons as we can cause we're in a competition to win a pizza right now haha (I'm winning everyone!)
So I was standing in a house saying a prayer and all of a sudden I look at my phone and it's la Familia Pinochet and we get out of the house and answer it. The dad is like yelling at me to come to his house and I tried to tell him no cause I knew he wanted to eat dinner with me and I was dang stuffed!! So the dad convinces me and we go over. WE get there and they got a birthday cake and a present waiting for me! So I videoed them singin me Happy Birthday! haha and they bought me a PINK TIE! But hey.. think about it, I totally knocked on these guys door 4 months ago and gave um a Book of Mormon. THIS IS WHY THE MISSION IS SO BOSS, it's seriously all up to you, if you love the people and just work so hard to find um, you get awesome stories like this, I can't even write down in my journal all the crazy things that happen like this, all the time I think to my self, ``oh well that was just luck`` but then I look back and think..wow! I said that all day, so I'm still a believer in Luck Cause God leaves us to control alot of things. But wow! imagine getting impressions all day and having a million chances to follow um. I'm pretty sure I ignore so many.. but yeah I'm learning.
SO in church I asked the Bishop If I could stand up in front of all the men in the ward to talk to um. So I got myself so pumped and my heart was beating like crazy! So I get up and read um a scripture... Mosiah 2:17 and just had fun with it. I told um I loved um all so much and that I bought um all suckers and we handed um out. I was like.. hey I'm excited to take you all out to teach with us!! I'm not going to ask for voluntarios I'm just going to show up on your doorstep so be ready! It's really cool to look out in the sacrament meeting and know every single person, and to have been in every single house! and I could walk up to any of um and ask um specific things about their lives. I'm loving the mission so much!! It really is a happier life!
